Optical Glass Use Instructions

1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials and must be handled with great care when used

2. All kinds of glass have the highest use temperature, which should not be exceeded when used, otherwise it will crystallize, or soften and deform.

3. Quartz glass that needs to be used at high temperatures must be wiped clean before use. Can be soaked with 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion. Then wash with high-purity water or alcohol. Wear fine thread gloves during operation. Do not touch the quartz glass directly with your hands

4. Allow continuous use of glass products at high temperatures, which is good for extending the life of glass and improving high-temperature resistance. On the contrary, the intermittent use of quartz glass products at high temperatures has a limited number of uses.

5. Although the use of glass material has strong thermal stability, it can withstand severe temperature differences, but in actual use, due to the residual strain and the shape of the product, the thermal stability has a certain difference. Be careful when using.

6. Quartz glass coefficient acidic materials, high-temperature use strictly avoid contact with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds, etc.), otherwise it will greatly reduce its crystallization resistance.
