Elliptical Broadband Plate Beamsplitters
Elliptical Broadband Plate Beamsplitters are usually used at 45° incidence. S1 surface is coated with a beam-splitting coating, and S2 surface is coated with AR coating, which can divide the incident light into two parts: reflected light and transmitted light, and reduce the interference of beams and ghosting.
The elliptical beamspliters can be conveniently and accurately installed in a variety of circular tubes, minimizing the use of space and ensuring the reflection and transmission beam projection as the same circular spot.
