Uncoated UV Quartz DCV Lenses
These Uncoated UV Quartz Double-Concave Lenses are manufactured using UV Fused Silica.
UV Quartz has a wider spectral range than K9 optical glass (185nm-2100nm), has excellent transmittance in the ultraviolet band, has a lower refractive index, better uniformity, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, and has higher chemical resistance and very low fluorescence, can be used to make a variety of optical components.
They are often used in image ultimate systems and finite conjugate imaging systems. The greater the conjugation ratio is, the greater the aberration appears.
Double-Concave Lenses are made of two concave surfaces with same radius, usually used in beam expansion applications, light projection, or focal length of expansion.

The focal length of the Double-concave lens is negative, which is the best choice for diverging convergent beam.
Similar to Plano-concave lenses, Double-concave lenses can spread a parallel beam to the virtual focus, as in a Galilean beam expander.
UV Fused Silica Double-Concave Lenses can also be coated with UV AR Coating @250-450nm.
Anti-reflection coating can reduce the reflectivity of each surface of the lens.
