Before shipment, we conduct 100% secure packaging to ensure the safety of the products during transportation. However, please note that due to security checks at express service centers or customs, your package may be inspected and opened. While they strive to restore the packaging after inspection, occasional instances of incomplete packaging may occur. If you find any damage to the packaging or the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
